Can anyone help me with specifications for a bracket for a Smiths Clock (that goes on the rear view mirror stalk).  If someone has a bracket for sale that would be ideal.  Ken McL did post a few years back that he had a drawing for the bracket, but I have checked with him and alas, he has it no more.

If someone has a clock with bracket, could you do the measurements for me and maybe send me some close up photos?  My email address appears on my profile.

Cheers

Distance between holes C is the distance between the holes on the mirror (I didn't have one here to check). The distance B to the side wall is half that distance minus 2 mm

Jim

Beat me by 30 seconds.

I got 36mm but leave it at 35mm due to parallax error

Pete - send me your fax number by PM and I will send you the diagram once my hard copy arrives from Ken.  I am happy to be your first customer at the (no room for bargaining) price of $6.

Cheers

Had a go at tweaking the shot Ken posted but no better for reading a couple of the dimensions, sorry. A fax may not transmit any better even on a fine setting. Enlarging may work though & sending several pages to put together.
It's a good diagram, maybe just a couple of closer shots of the measurements would do the trick.
