Peter I fitted a similar heater unit. Works well. Like the thermo fan mounting plate. Cheers Craig D

Wow didn't realise the heater was so compact, that'll make it a lot easier to fit under the dash. Pedro

Got my gearbox back today showed me it was pretty rooted basket was stuffed stripped drive gear for something. Corvette servo and pin arrived. Left old pan on till I get it running. New pans in the pic. Also machined the bit the column will locate in at the bottom. Both rails tacked up, I need to modify them as im not happy with them hard against the floor it will be a moisture trap. So ill notch them a bit to clear the rear pan. All in all a productive day.

Thinking about making a few engine bay blank kits theres a few more holes to add would be about 5bucks saves a lot of cutting I love my air hacksaw some are rubish this bahcho one smashed it in under 30sec welded plate and ground under 4min. I dont like overlapping hence why I cut it out.

Finally did some work on the UTE lifes bloody hectic so cars have been on the backburner. (and doing others bit and pieces) Rolled a new tunnel and swaged it. Modified the firewall a bit in the process. Started manufacturing a new pedal box assembly. heres pics of my colum mounting plate. Still got a lot to do to get the firewall how i want it. Looking good as usual Pete, what type of column is your mounting plate designed to suit? Regards Ole.

Thanks for that Pete, it looks very neat. You did a good job flaring the pipe, I had a local exhaust guy flare some pipe for me but he couldn't get it anywhere near as neat as yours.

I had to machine it afterwards was a little on the piss. I machined an inner and welded an end into it then i pressed it into the flared section. A little overboard but looks neat.
