Well, the wiring contains no smoke...

Fuel pump works...

instrument cluster has power and telling me there isn't much fuel so the body control module is working...

Key to open doors is contacting relays so thats good...

Fuel injection on engine showing signs of life...

So what wire have I left out to not make the engine turn over when I hit the key??? That was midnight last night... Bugger

Try again today... Hopefully with some noise!

Thought it had been 3 years, but looking back at the original post its been 2 1/2 instead. Actual time on the build has been 18 months so far.... Hope you like it, just click on the picture for the video.
Many thanks to my brother Dino who has helped me greatly along the way.

Forgot to add that after all of the months of wiring there only seems to be a short somewhere in the park lamps, as the fuse blew twice, and the alternator isn't charging. Need to get it checked. Even the ABS unit is making some noises! So all in all happy days so far.

Cheers

They look very flash Pete!! Can't wait to fit them.

Jim, yes it all comes apart again after this to get the engine done, sandblast and then sprayed before final fit up. Hopefully not scratching any new paint along the way!

Thanks for all of the words of support along the way, it doesn't go unnoticed, and helps keep me motivated, and shows I am not boring you all with inane pictures... well maybe a little.

Cheers

Yes JB keep up the good work. Mine is going back to the exhaust place this week to take the bark out of it and to quieten it up a little.
