Maybe someone could post a 'Then and Now' couple of pictures, Brett. Keep the pics coming Alex. A happy family at Margate, Brisbane in 1961.

Brisbane in April 1969 - in the last few days of the Brisbane trams. Look closely and you can see a 'pink' FE climbing up the hill.

A you sure the ute isn't an FE? What is that in the distance near the other bus, another FC or a later model?

The International FE FC Fleet of Ireland Education is where you read the fine print. Experience is what you get when you don't.

A you sure the ute isn't an FE? Looking at the ute, it has a short front mudguard spear which should designate it as an FC. As far as I know FE utes had a holden script in place of the spear. What is that in the distance near the other bus, another FC or a later model?
Looking at the vehicle I would think that it would be an FE as the two tone does not travel down the boot as does the series 1 FC. I am happy to be corrected...

Hey Gary The link is a bit hit and miss, something to do with the NSW gov site performance I'd say. I just tried it and it worked. Give it another go and if you can't see them, I could send the pics to you. Regards Alex
