Will try and dig up some photos my grandads taxi service
he started a taxi service in Wangi Wangi NSW and had a new FX  and then updated one of his best customers was sir willam Dobell the painter who also lived and wangi and did not have a licence
But apparently his cousin loaned one of the cars and wrote it off sending the business bankrupt.

FEs and FCs were lurking at Hotels all over the place it would seem.

Found these while looking through my parents photo's, taken at the Borderline Speedway in Mt Gambier. Mid 70's i think.



I think there is an FE FC 5th from the left.

The Blue Lake Motel still looks the same today as in the advert.  Grin Grin

1971 Coffs Harbour.
A cool combination from back in the day.
FE van and Hot Rod parked outside the local milkbar.  Cool

That shop behind was taken over by Millers in 82 and we moved there when my father went in to run it for them - I know the town well but don't remember that rod...
