I have been pretty fortunate and have seen some amazing things.  This is one of them.  I have permission from the owner to post, I took the photos.

This was created in the 60's and was thrown out by the creator, it was rescued and put on display in a private museum.

It never got to running stage but it's 1 of a kind and very cool.

That is a magnificent piece of engineering, looks like it wasn't far from running. I'm guessing it would have had a very low profile cam cover. Woops nearly called it a rocker cover Grin

It's still got rockers. This type of set-up is called cam-in-head, where the camshaft is in the head, but not over the valves. It eliminates pushrods, but still has rockers.

Technically it's not a true OHC, but is probably the next best thing.

The RB30-E Nissan 6-Cyl in the VL is the same set-up as is the Opel 1900 (LH/LX/UC).
