Got it back home now. Been cleaning it for hours. Think i'll open the windows and tailgate and go for a drive, blow all the dust out.

See you in Orange!

Looking great Glenn.  Last saw it before it left Cairns and the refreshed paintjob has given a new lease on life to an already well finished car.  In the last 6 months the vans come a long way to get to Orange this weekend so most of all enjoy it.

No, I was too busy being gobsmacked by how straight you got the old girl, dark colours like that show up the slightest imperfections but that looks straight as a die, nice workmanship Glenn.

Decided I should have time to redo the sagging hood lining. Oops, bigger job than first thought.

Vacuum off all the old crusty stuff.

Had heaps of trouble getting the contact to spray

Hope to have it finished tomorrow night.

Geez mate, i remember that all going on nice new fresh stuff... but hang on that was nearly 8 years ago!!  Shocked Shocked

Its amazing how the heat has a huge effect on the foam.

I also remember the pieces in the vent, was so that any water that go into the car when either washing or heavy rain would simple go straight through... looks like that area is still ok.

Not much else left to do now mate??

Have fun in Orange mate..

Hey that was a clever idea fitting the roller door to the back Glenn, I'd never noticed it before Wink.

What, no warranty Jason?  Shocked The yellow, crusty shit is all through the car and over the garage floor. It's been trodden on and now glued to the floor. Grrr........ Hey Pedro the rear door was gonna be a surprise for Orange. (Don't tell anyone)

Finished! Not like new but looks o.k. The yellow sticky shit has become my friend, follows me everwhere. Found it upstairs in the bathroom (wife did) Now only need to clean out the back and load up for the trip to Orange.
