If it's the same bloke, I got a pair off him at NSW All Holden Day swap, they are a bit more chunky than the orginal and are made out of alluminium with a helicoil thread, whereas the originals are steel or s/steel



50 a pair, seem ok, but I have yet to try them on a cover, for the unknowing, the knock off is the one on the right

Well Gary I had them on mine for a while but had trouble with the helicoil parting company with the wingnut, I tried loctite but had no luck after changing to a different alloy rocker cover the bloody helicoil let go again Sad. I'll get around to looking at the problem when I get spare time so they are now sitting on top of a project motor in the shed.

Mick, I had the thread let go on one of my original wingnuts, so after the failure of one of your re makes I might be better re purposing mine

very expensive earplugs perhaps
