G'day all, not sure if it's me doing something wrong as I'm new to e-bay or if it's something computer related, when i try to send someone an invoice every time i try to add postage to the amount and then press recalculate, it just goes back to the original amount Huh, which means i can't send an official reciept when people request one.

In your original selling ad, what was postage specified at?

what browser are you using? I had problems using Safari for a while, then decided to use Firefox.

not sure if this has helped at all...

Cheers

G'day Ed, I couldn't figure out how to specify the postage so i just wrote + postage and handling in the ad, as far as browsers go i have no idea, we use internet explorer if thats what you mean, as you can see I'm fairly computer illiterate but am learning more all the time and any help is much appreciated.

Hi Pedro
I have the same problem all i do is type in the postage cost below the sale amount and press send invoice
i don't recalculate
and then i check my view order details and the postage cost comes up  with the sale amount aswell on the sent invoice
you can even check that its there before you send the invoice there should a check  total  next to the send icon  or something like that i cant quiet remember how it reads
i hope this helps  and i described it well enough cheers Phil
