NASCO logo - what are the official colours?

Hi all,

I have been pondering the above question for quite some time now. I have seen various colour incarnations of the NASCO logo and I am wondering if there is an official colour?

Josh I have an original "APPROVED NASCO ACCESSORIES" sign that came from my old local GHH dealership [MITCHEL and TOWNSEND] the backround to NASCO triangle  is black with pale orange writing with a yellow highlight to make the letters seen 3d .......FC427.......

I am sure that I saw a light blue NASCO logo on the net too - maybe they were US colours? I read that NASCO was in the US too with GM products.

AFAIK the logo has no official colour.
There are many uses of black and white of course. Others include;
Black and Yellow
Navy blue and Yellow
Mid blue and Yellow
Navy Blue and White

And probably others as well

Of course NASCO originated in the States & GMH took it & used it as their spare parts arm. The earliest listing I have ever seen, was for a 1937 Chevrolet (Maple Leaf) parts book & the parts were listed as supplied by Nasco. All the GM branded cars used NASCO as their spare parts department. 
At one time, while I was looking in to a Patent on something else, as did a search on the actual NASCO name. Due to it not being used in Australia anymore. Thought it might be fun to register it...BUT, it is still owned by GM in the US. Shame
As for the colour in this particular catalogue? It was Red writing on a white-ish background.
As Ken stated, lots of different colours.
Very curious though...may have to dig some old books out

I was under the impression that it was something like National Automotive Spares Company.

It didn't originate in the US, it as a Aussie invention (Or partially Pommy perhaps).

In was founded by GM-H in 1936 (in Australia), when Larry Hartnett  (an Englishman) was at the helm. I believe it was one of Larry's ideas at the time.

You won't find any mention of NASCO in the USA.

Well, I must be mistaken. But, if you look it up at the patents office, you will find it Registered in the USA in 1936. I looked into it. & the paperwork that I have somewhere (Will dig it out if I can find it), has a left hand drive vehicle. Maple Leaf. Happy to admit I was wrong, but find it strange it was registered in the USA.
