If you haven't grown up by 50, you don't have to.

No going to give it a miss this year Craig, I've just been too busy lately and the wagon isn't quite finished, it's in at a mates workshop getting the tuning issue sorted then i can book in for the engineer, I heard that you have to book a site almost a year in advance to get in nowadays and that accommodation is even worse?

Better switch me across J.B. got her registered Mon., goes really well  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin, met a really nice lady a few weeks ago who has brought the sunshine back into my life and made life feel like it's worth living again  Smiley Smiley feeling over the moon happy at the moment  Grin Grin ,  so in between work, driving the wagon and taking her out in the wagon i haven't had much time spare to get on here, the engineer said he was pleased to inspect a car built to such a high quality so i'm feeling pretty good about that too, good luck with all your builds and keep going there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Fantastic Pedro. Your build is the reason I have kept going on mine. Over 107571 views is testament to the popularity of your car.

Hope all goes well in the other area as well.

Well Done Pedro, great to see that you have found some happiness.
Enjoy the wagon, a credit to your persistence and dedication.
Hope to see it in the flesh one day. Smiley

Well I'm sorta ambivalent re this story - sorry to see the build thread locked and over (bloody inspirational!), but really happy to see a so-cool car on the road after a long and challenged build...

Pedro; I'm going out to the shed to toast you, your wagon (and your new love!!) with a captain morgan and coke...

Shit-hot, mate; here's to you!

cheers, jack

Awesome Pedro and as I have said before,in my opinion the hardest part of any rebuild is not necessarily money or ability or a million other things. The hardest part is staying motivated through all the things that happen in our lives while we are undertaking these rebuilds.I moved house 3 times, had two kids, had a flood go through my shed, lost my mate Bruno (my 8 year old brown Labrador) and my 13 year old nephew to cancer. It takes a hell of a lot to pick yourself up from all that and keep going mate and from this I congratulate you on an incredible effort.Hope you now enjoy many happy years of cruising in the old girl.Well done.Jamie.
