It's a panel van with side windows added. Usually done by a conversion company.
They are typically called estate cars in the adds for them.
Base model has side windows
Next step up is windows and a rear seat
Luxury model has windows, rear seat and 3rd door added.
Various versions and extras exist such as the "trap door" rear seat that folds into the floor.
The side windows could be fixed like this one or could be sliding windows.
It could have rear windows only or the front windows only.
It really depended on the requirements of the owner when the car was converted.

We moved from Minmi nearly 2 years ago just after you came over and had a look at my FC. We are in the Hidden Waters estate at Fletcher at the moment. We look to be heading back to our house in Minmi next year as we hope to start our major renovation by march and move in by the end of April. 3 bedroom house converting to a 6 bedroom to fit all the kids, oh and once that is done the return of a smokin hot FC will be put in place.

Here is another Panelvan, that has had the treatment, a rear door this side

No rear door this side, but does have a sliding window

A rear seat for good measure, this was one was marketed / sold as a "Waggonette" something a Tradie perhaps would order, for work through the week and take the Wife and kids out on the weekends

The one in the picture NES put up are often referred to as a "Vanette" love the centre brakelight
