Hi Guys,
I went to moto-ex today and saw the display. Unreal, and well done. Met a few of you and it was a pleasure. Missed meeting you Ed but your car was a treat to see in the flesh. (love the dash). Talked to Alfio for quite a bit, good to see his car also. Unbelievable amount of work in that custom. Once again, great display, great cars and nice to meet some of you.

                    Cheers, Glenn

Let me add our thanks to all that helped it was a top display again this year. As Wayne has said we won the Club display again this year. There was only 1 award this year. The Mini's only had 2 cars there this year Kath right next to ours.

 Wink Grin

Congratulations to everyone involved in a (once again )top display. I was there on Saturday for a look and drool at the amount of totally awsome machines on display and that one stand that really stood out,"OURS" which you could see from the centre of the building. Again congratulations to all.

Cheers Rusty

A bit thank you to Gary (zulu), who planned the display, made or sourced most of the props and spent all of Friday setting it up.  An excellent job, well done.

Thanks also to his helpers who assisted with the assembly on Friday and the pack-up on Sunday.  Thanks also to all the club members who gave their time to man the stand over the weekend.

cheers

As I posted in our club area and as Ret has said a big thanks to Gary for all his hard work the display looked fantastic. Another special thankyou to Ted Lowe for his electrical work and for keeping us fed with specialy prepared hot egg and bacon rolls and toasted sandwiches during the show. To everyone else that helped out it was a great club effort thankyou. And a great result.
Cheers,
Graham

Never seen so many girls at the stand before...

must be those cool customs bringing them in eh

Grin

Cheers

Ed

PS you will notice the sweat on Ted's brow was misting up the lens so the last shots were somewhat steamy.

They shouldn't let you old blokes out, how much did you have to pay the ladies to come over? Look at Graham, he's about to lose his dentures. Goodness knows where they might have ended up?

For truth in advertising I'll take Ed's Tongue

Wayne, your car was certainly a rarity at the show, as far as I could tell it was the only grey car there (might not have been able to see the others though Grin)

Congratulations to all, particularly Gary and my thanks to all those enthusiastic stand minders, I didn't understand why there were so many, until now....

Cheers

Man, looks like you guys have already spent the prize money.  Shocked
That Studebaker was cool.
Here's a few more pics, I will upload the rest into a photo album and put up the link in a few days or a week or so.
