OK. Here are the details in depth.
This is a good, solid vehicle, but by no means in perfect condition. It WILL need some rust repairs at some stage.
Body;
There is some rust in the driver's side sill panel. Not much, but enough, that at some stage, a patch at least will need to be done (Approx 100mm at the front & some at the rear below the dog-leg would do it). Some in the drivers door & d/s rear. Probably a new driver's side front floor pan patch. Also, at the base of the front pillar, there is a 5cent size hole. Again, some work needed, but nothing drastic.
But then that is it. Guards, passenger side, tailgate, quarters; everything else including the "Y" frames is solid & straight.
Driveline;
All very good. No smoke, PLENTY of power, it is a Repco Goldstar "Special" (Been told they have a bigger cam & some minor mods). Very nice to drive.
Gearbox is perfect (Linkage needs adjusting, sometimes has a little trouble finding second). Diff perfect. Brakes, perfect.
Electrical;
100%
Interior;
Excellent. All seats, door cards are spot on. No tears & original material. Roof lining original & 99% perfect (Tiny tear in one section). Rear compartment good, but used.
Genuine rubber mats. Have a couple of minor tears & the front has a hole under the accelerator pedal. I cover it wih a mat.
Rubbers;
Mostly all good. Some minor perishing. Doesn't leak in the rain at least.
Tyres;
80% tread radials Good brand, but can't remember at the moment. Has Atlas flappers in good nick.
Accessories;
MEGA rare bottom door kick panels (NOS when fitted). Frosted scratch plates (2x NOS wwheen fitted), genuine complete set Venetians (rear in shed), FC Fiesta wheel trims (You know how rare these are!). Rare Stewart Warner Oil pressure & Generator auxiliary gauge set. (Comes with original box & instructions). NASCO branded weather shield, door pulls, Nasco vanity mirror.
Also, had a little think & I have overpriced it a little, as I am so attached to it.
Offers around $7000 will be considered.
