Coolaride
Your car is looking great and you have made major progress over a very short period. Hope to see you and your car at the nationals.

hey there

its been a while so heres a bit of an update .

interiors just about finished with all door trims and seats in with just the rear side cardboard
to be put in .

motors now in and freshly painted , with many period speco bits .

i`m using an old school holley 94 carby with a vintage speco adapter .

just wondering if i should make the vacumn line from the rear of the carby to the dissy or
leave it off ? if anyone has some thoughts on this please let me know .

hope to put some more pics up by the end of summer , hopefully with some chroming done !  Grin

talk soon

Coolaride,

Your car is starting to look very good, love the old Holley, what a great period piece, and with adjustable jets also if I am not mistaken

Certainly starting to look the goods, do you intend to have it ready for Orange?

It is better to fit the vacuum advance, as this will ensure better fuel economy.

Awesome effort so for. Great to see any progress forward. Excuse my ignorance, but what is the clear bottle inthe engine bay beside where you find the chassis number, behind the brake booster?

Keep the pics coming.  Always inspiration for other who are tackling similar problems/tasks
