 Shocked Shocked Shocked
I don't get too excited about many things but today I found this one.

One owner, 32,000 miles on the clock..been in the shed for 26 years...not one scratch or bit of rust...completely original. Cleanest and most original car I have seen.
Stunning inside, but a bit dusty  Grin
More pics and info to follow when I get home and some other goodies....no FE's tho Cry

Mmmmm, Wagons. A low mileage wagon. Hang on a sec.....No, the Wife isn't anywhere near me at the moment. How much? Where abouts? Does it go (Not that I expect it would)? I am interested, for sure. Love those colours. Will go nicely with the Black & Ivory one I have.

Looking forward to more shots.

What a find - just breathtaking.  This car deserves a new lease on life and someone to love it.  I hope it gets the chance.

Ok here are the rest of the Wagon pics, they don't do it justice...it's is so original guys.
When I went there I had a figure in my head and as soon as I saw it I said to myself if I offer him anything less than $5,000 he will think (A) I'm taking the piss (B) Lose interest and think I'm a fool..
I offered him $5,000 on the spot  and he turned me down  Cry
The wagon was driven to church on Sundays every week for 20 years and that is all......
The wagon is based in N E Victoria, the owner is 90 and will be selling everything including the farm in the next year if he makes it ...if you want this wagon now..I wouldn't wait for the auction!!
Enjoy the pics....
Chassis #  FC 37728M
Engine #  L555547

Been up on blocks for 20 years to save the suspension...

Now I'm off for a lie down.....stuffed as  Grin Grin

Adobe Beige & Terraglow, with a Black & Turkish Ivory interior.  That's a pretty chic Sunday-School-Bus...  It can come and live at my place. Grin

cheers

Just an update for those few of you who are interested in this wagon..
I didn't get a chance to go see him when I collected my own wagon on Friday. Too busy and peeing rain...
However I am going back up that way on Wed/Thurs for 3 or 4 days and I will sort something out then...so just hang in there  Grin
Also have an FE ute to go see that I've just been told about....  Tongue Tongue  Tongue

Nick, very keen to hear about the FE Ute. If possible could you give us a hoy when you have some details? If you aren't buying and they are selling, of course.
Got cash and wife's approval, I want to get something before one or the other runs out  Grin

Cheers

Geez,

If Hilda started like that, her extreme makeover would be one of the shortest threads on the site!

It looks like a "cut n polish" would be 90% of the resto!

Great find Nick

Cheers,

You have a knack of finding them Nick, I'll give you that, if I only I had the 'folding stuff'!!  It appears there are a few ahead of me anyway!
