Hi All,

I have been waiting on some parts from a guy I met over a year ago, he has been cleaning out his family garage that has 40+ years of Holden parts collected (mostly EH) but some FC as well.....

I picked up the last my bits yesterday, but he has plenty of good stuff left...

A really good 179 HP motor, complete. Its sitting on a stand and can be started, he said it had done about 70,00 miles before it was pulled out of he car and has been sitting for a while. Wants $200, and has a  re-cored EH radiator for $50 to go with it.

He has a EH wagon that is stuffed and most of the body stripped and only the rusted shell remaining.....but the motor, gearbox, front end (king pin) brakes, diff etc were all overhauled/rebuilt before the car was stored in his yard and eventually rusted away. He has receipts for all the work, it was a full rebuild. The wagon looks a complete wreck, but we pulled the fuel line out and stuck a tube into a half full plastic Mr Juicy bottle full of petrol,  full choke, few pumps on the throttle, jumped with a new battery and she went first go !!!...idled beautifully......

You could take it for a drive around the block if you wanted....would look like a scene out of Mad Max......anyway, he wants $300  for the whole car, will pull out all the bits if you want, but will charge extra.......absolute bargain, a beautiful motor and the 3 speed gearbox is unused after full rebuild

He has crates full of generators, alternators, starter motors, wiper motors.....you name it....but mostly EH

A good bloke,  but he doesnt have a lot of time to go back and forward to the shed, so give me a call first and I can give you details as I've spent a few hours there and know what he's got. The shed is in Baulkham Hills - Sydney

Tony,

I think I've been to this place - I bought some NOS door skins   off him and used on of them on my sedan. He has (or did) have lots of stuff, and I remember the wagon.

Thanks for posting, it might help  a few others out.

Cheers,

Craig.
