does any one out there know if the blue 3.3 head will fit the 186 red motor if it does what problems will i encounter, e.g .manifolds, exhaust, carb as i hope to still use my 350 holley are push rods same lenght e.t.c....

Yes it does fit, but you'll need to drill the block to suit the blue head bolts.  When I talked to a reco mob about this they weren't keen to do it without X-raying the block first (especially if it's not a HP block).  You'll obviously need blue manifolds to suit, but getting one to suit a Holley shouldn't be a big deal.

If you've already got the Holley presumably you've also got the cable accelerator setup.  The original linkage arrangement won't suit.

Hope that's some help.  I was going to do this mod to my car, but in the end stuck with the red head.  Plenty of people have done this mod and been happy with it, though.
