Hi All

Heres a question for all of you, " Whats your favorite Nasco Accessory?" Or even"Which accessory do you think is hardest to find?"

My favorite is my "Picnic Tray" and to be honest I think all accessories are hard to find.

Whats yours ?? ??

Wanna sell it ?  I made the mistake of selling mine !  Cry
I'm looking for one to repro now !  hahaha

Seriously, I had a guy call me from W.A. regarding repro'ing it ( after some big-mouth told him I had one ! ).
When he asked me "How much ?" after telling me that I said "$2500, cos it'll be worthless once you start churning them out !" ... he wasn't too impressed !

NASCO gear... when you find a rarity it's the ultimate buzz, eh ?

I love finding out there's one more thing I don't have !

The chase continues !

Airchief,

I'd have to say a Taxi Bar. A big shiny piece of chrome which I have not got yet. Sad

The search continues.

I think my favourite accessory is the Air Chief radio.  there's nothing quite like listening to those beautiful mellow tones with some classical music playing.

You simply can't listen to modern music on an Air Chief radio!!!!!!!!!!

The hardest accessory to find is the clock which mounts up above the rear view mirror.  (OK I know its not a NASCO accessory - but then neither is a Wilsonia guage.)  I had one once and sold it and have never seen another one since.

I saw a new old stock picnic tray at a swap several years back. still in it's original box with fitting instructions. It was $140 from memory. Wish I had bought it now.
I had a NOS Smiths clock that fit in an accessory panel with temp guage below the steering column. Sadly I lost this item when some animal stole my FC. Never saw the car again.

I have photos of the clock in my old 3 door van plus a copy of the original fitting instructions.
