Hi Geoff.
Is this the ex-Tassie car? If it is, fellas, I can vouch for this car, no problems at all. I checked it out when Geoff was first interested in it. Lovely.

hey guys

i have seen this car when we went for a cruze up to geoff's and it is a pretty tidy car and $6500 is a real good price for it. i know if we had the money we would snap it up soooo quik cause its soo cheap for such an honest car

tests have proven that the final words before a fatal urban car crash are "OH ****"

in a rural car crash they are " Hold my stubby and watch this for skill!"

Hi fe2ek
Could you tell me how much rust we are talking about, perhaps you could send me a pic direct?  Is the car still registered?
Cheers

Drainage holes(rust) is in the rear quarter panels, pass' side only a few perforation holes,Drivers side would need the lower external panel replaced ,not major.I will post pictures here so other interested buyers can see.

G'day mate Is the FE still for sale? If so  can you send me more photos as I am in Bathurst NSW. Is the rust you spoke of the only rust and how thin is the 1/4 panel where the rust is? My email is andrew.fletcher2@bigpond.com

Thanks

Hi Andrew. The rust on the drivers side is thin enough that you can see through. It is not structural. The rust on the passenger side is not as bad,few pinholes.I will take some photos and put up.Car just need someone to look at it.But it is clean rust(if there is such a thing).I had the whole boot area sand blasted.I repaired some rust around where the petrol tank sits. All repairs where carried out using metal out of an Fe boot area.I painstakingly repaired the sparewheel well(then found a nos one?).
