3.3 efi help

what can be done to get more power out of the standard efi set up on a 3.3 black motor.
can you use a xf falcon thottle body.
the motor has extractors,roller rockers,mild cam (2-4..

i cant remember where i read it but apparently the xf throttle body gives good boost in performance and is easy to adapt to holden efi set up.
