Grease Points

Hi all

Just wondering about the grease points (not even sure if they are called that) under the car

How many of them are there?
How often do they need to be greased?
Is it easy enough to buy a grease gun and do them myself?
Do they all have the nipples?
What is the best grease to use?

there are heaps
if u have access to a fax i can fax u a photocopy of the service manual diagram of all of the grease nipples and how often they should be done
