Just a general question, I have a terracotta and Abobe beige 58 FC. I constanly scan through pictures of club cars and constantly see FC's/FE's that are grey, blue or green. Obviously popular colours in the 1950's. I've only seen a number of cars that have different colour schemes than the above common combonations.

Are such combinations like trracotta and adobe beige and terracotta rare, or undesired?

As i find it hard to believe that they would be undesired!

Why don't many of the club car owners have such different combinations (colour). im interested.

Shane..

Terracotta and the even rarer Terraglow were not common colours when released in the late 50's. I have a number of pictures of cars painted in this colour, but they are hard to find.

Rest assured Shane you are not alone in your quest for terracotta.... The wifes car is being painted in this colour scheme and I will supply everyone with the modern PPG Paintcodes shortly. We have matched perfectly the original terracotta - from several different sources - all gave the same result. We had accses to on original untouched colour chart - genuine one from the dealers-  and this sample was replicated on other paint chip cards. ... so armed with all these chips we managed to track down a direct match - in Deltron. When the paint turns up we will pass on the PPG Deltron paint numbers for Adobe Beige and Terracotta.

To the layman, is there much of a difference between Corsair Tan/India Ivory colours and the Terracotta colour?
