YT ALLOY HEAD RED 202

I've just heard of a guy in town who has a BRAND NEW (still in wraps ), ALLOY Yella Terra Head to suit a Red 202.

Any ideas on it's worth, as he is selling it, and I don't want to get ripped off......he is asking around the $1000 mark.....but it is ALLOY  and it is brand new....can't get em any more.

A cast iron Yella Terra was around $700- $800.00 last time I looked, and from some posts on here previously even these are hard to get. If you've got the cash it would be a worthwhile investment - think of what a crossflow grey motor head is worth now compared to when it was new. This thing might go up in value in a similar fashion....

The last alloy YT head for a red 6 that I seen was around the $1500. 00 make and that was 2nd hand (been on car for 12mth). Hope this helps

Two years ago, a yella terra alloy 6 cylinder head  was listed on the Repco catalogue at $2300.00 (trade price) plus GST, so I think you are getting a bargain.
