I spotted an FC Station Sedan the other day for sale, only got around to having a look today.

Cream front and Roof with a Maroon band.
Apears to all original down to the radio, apart from 70's hub caps.
Didn't get to pop the bonnet, sorry.
Small bubbles of rust in driver's dog-leg, may be more on closer inspection. A few dints and scratches and rubbed paint from rubbers. Looks 10/10 at 20 paces though.

For sale at the car hock shop (can't remember name) on South Rd, between Port Road and the train line, Ridleyton(?)
They have $7000 on the window.
Considering it's age, condition and rarity, probably well worth it.

From what I could see someone has put a lot of time and effort in to the body of this car and it looked like it received the bare metal treatment. I could only find rust in three area and they were in the very front left corner of the subframe, surface rust in one corner of the fuel tank recess (not sealed properly) and a rust in I am not sure what you call them they are small bits of frame that support the floor and may be the jacking points.

All round a very nice car that could do with a little attention in some areas. I have more Photos if you want.

I would like to say that the chrome work ie bumpers, grill and over riders are great the only stuff that I would replace is the S/S side flashing as they are a bit scratched and dented.

In my experience over a long while , I would say that Good registered FE Wagons and Vans , are the rarest Body type of the FE/FC range to purchase in 2003/2002 . Either that or the people who have them just refuse to part with them. Just my opinion, What do yas reckon ??
