Does anyone know the OHMs for an FE fuel sender?
I want to replace the factory guage with an Autometer and there are five different models based on the OHMage of the sender.

5414  Fuel Level (0 ohm empty/ 30 ohm Full) For most pre 1965 GM vehicles.

5415  Fuel Level (0 ohm empty/ 90 ohm Full) For most GM vehicles from 1965 to present.

5416  Fuel Level (73 ohm empty/ 8-12 ohm Full) For most Fords before 1989 and most Chrysler vehicles.

5417  Fuel Level (240 ohm empty/ 33 ohm Full) Use 3262 fuel level sender (not included, see accessories).

5419  Fuel Level (16 ohm empty/ 158 ohm Full) For most Fords 1989 to present.

Hi stinky.

The first one (5414) is the one, 30 Ohms full & Zero Ohms empty.

For Holdens this one fits all cars up to mid-HQ.

Regards.
