Chuck,

Are these the same as a sedan, but with one extra leaf, or two?

Hi guys,

SGO, the total weight of the springs is 26kg, I called McCafferty's Bus Freight and they said that freight to the Morabban? depo would be approx $37 or $6 extra to your door.  McCafferty's is the cheapest freight that I know of.  I'm happy to box up the springs here and drop them at the depo or alternatively if you know someone travelling between Syd and Melb, I'm happy to deliver the springs to them.

The springs have 6 leaves each.  I am not certain that the ute springs are exactly the same as sedan springs but I am fairly certain that they are the same as the wagon.  To be specific, these springs are from an EK ute.  I am 99.9% certain that these are the same as FE/FC but it would be worth checking, I would hate to sell you the wrong thing.

Cheers - Chuck

Chuck,

If SGO doesn't want them, we can work them out against the CRS spindles.

Let me know after SGO comes back to you.

Regards

Hi guys

It looks as though SGO is first across the line with the springs.  Sorry Ed, I didn't know that you were interested in them otherwise I would have offered them to you the other night.  Harko, when are you coming to Sydney? We need to talk cars  Grin Grin Grin

As Harko found out when he lost his marbles, FB/EK springs are wider than FE/FC and now I can confirm that!
As a consequence these springs are back on the market, will suit FB/EK, and the price has gone up to cover transport etc.
