Be ready for a heart through the bum moment, I had a similar situation with my sedan. Started cutting out what I thought was a small section of rust and ended up replacing both inner sills. All the best with the resto, Jim

Good progress. I think we all find more than we anticipated when we look seriously. But that's the idea of a rebuild I guess, to reach that point of satisfaction. Terrific job on the back windows.

That was the good thing about driving it for the past eight years on a daily bases you get to know the what works what doesn't , things that need changing or just modernising l was prepared for both sills, both front floor pans replacement The doors l had repaired spare doors ,bonnet and guards and gone through the rear quarters when l removed the rear side glass
Trying to get a head start on the resto and because l enjoy driving it so much the less time off the road the better

hr radiator was put in awhile ago, they have cut out side panels to fit, also upper support cross member and been cut which l noticed did not brace the area where the bonnet latch was will have to work out something better when it comes to radiators

Out the corner of my eye.. Are you running a weber Carby on the Red motor.. If so can you take some pics and tell me about your experience with it ..?? Are they any good ?

removed petrol tank today very small amount of rust on lip of body almost unnoticeable when fitted ,another weld job

through on some killrust l had lying around one more job done , lt was nice and clean inside, but was concerned about rust if it sits for awhile

that would be threw on some paint also got some damage on the filler cap, the cap never did fit properly
