Lower Mudguard Rust Repair Panels

I am looking at buying some lower rust repair panels for the lower section of the front guards from a guy making them in Ipswitch but I notice he advertise them for fe - ek So I am wondering is that section the same through all these models ?

I've read on an eBay site that the lower 2-3 inches will fit, but not sure if it's true.

           have found that the profile of the fender lip that comes down the guard
           to the bottom is slightly different   fe fc    to the fb ek
           as said the lower part below the profile line is the same  fe fc  _ fb ek
            like all reproduction panels a bit of work is always needed , but you sound be able to fit it up
