Looking for grey engine enamel in spray cans - has anyone got current info? I followed up some old posts but the paint recommended then is no longer available. Thanks, Frazer

Terry, go to any large Auto paint shop and ask them to make it up for you in a presure pak (spray can) tell them it for the engine & they will make it to suit (engine enamel)

393-10367      Dulux Autocolour Holden Engine Grey GMH*

OR

try Power Plus PP427 engine enamel - the closest to the real colour in a spray can

There are many cans available. Are you in a country town? There are online catalogues for super cheap etc and you can order online if easier.

Thanks for the replies, PP427 is no longer available. I met up with a member who has an FJ and he painted his engine with "Industrial Grey" from Bunnings and it looks identical to the remaining colour on my engine so I will go with that. Cheers, Frazer

I am in Melbourne. I went to Autobarn (Powerplus distributors) and the sales guy looked up PP427 on the computer and it came up as a discontinued line, Will go with "machinery grey" )not industrial grey. Thanks Frazer
