Hi Fred, Holden's Black Book 1948 to 2006 only lists Mobil Beige # 1170
Can't find any other Mobil references.

sorry should have been clearer, it's the oil company colours I am chasing. I can't find it anywhere on the net, but I am an idiot when it comes to this.

Hi Fred, I didn't know what a Highboy was.
Is this what you are restoring?

Fred, it seems Mobil used the US flag colours for their logo.
That may make it lot easier to match.

https://www.logaster.com/blog/exxonmobil-logo/
Extract: The colors of this logo are red, white and blue. These colors, the three colors of the U.S. flag, served to show Standard Oil’s patriotism.

Assuming they were an exact match (& assuming Mobil was permitted to use them at the time) the codes below may mean something to a paint shop.
https://www.pantone.com/pages/myp_mypantone/myppalettedetail.aspx?p_id=75&p_type=p_detail
Old Glory Red, Color Association of the United States, Inc. Cable No. 70180, PMS (Pantone Matching System) PANTONE® 193C (coated);
White, Color Association of the United States, Inc. Cable No. 70001;
Old Glory Blue, Color Association of the United States, Inc. Cable No. 70075, PMS (Pantone Matching System) PANTONE® 281C (coated)

A professional auto paint shop should be able to match a logo on an official Mobil product.

Your restoration idea sounds interesting. Would love to see the end result.
