Hi Bill..Glenn & Raewyn are friends from the NSW club. They have to fly out on Sunday afternoon, so could not bring their car so did not book in for the Nats. Could they come to the Friday & Saturday night dinners & how much would it cost? They are travelling with us & leaving the campervan at the caravan park.......Regards Dennis Booth (no.46)

This is all very clear on the entry form in the "additional adults" section. The cost for each additional adult is $125 and should have been paid with the entry form by the 31st of January.
Bookings for meal venues are made when entries close and it is a bit much to be asking event organisers to create additional spots for people with only weeks to go!
Bill may be able to accommodate your request but it should not be expected as automatically available.

In the past some people have just turned up at the NATS and expected to be able to get a seat at a meal night. This is simply not on and shows a complete lack of understanding of the organisation required to supply food and drinks to approximately 400 people.
