Hi all,

I'm at the stage where I need to find an electric heater/demister to fit up and wire in. However, I haven't found anything specific to my needs or works very well. I initially purchased a 12v heater from a caravan shop, but it was pretty useless.

Another thought was to hard wire a couple of 'barrel' type hairdryer heaters under the dash, and use a bit of plastic piping to direct the air through to Ed-made demister vents. I haven't found any of those barrel heaters anywhere, though.

So, my question is: what have you used that seems to work, and what is readily available?

Kind regards,

Josh

Try boating or camping stores for 12V hair driers, I remember guys on the ozgemini forums who have used them to pass demister regs in the modified gems.
