With your height it would make for some fun driving, I'm always leaning forward to look under my visor i have trouble seeing traffic lights when your front of the Que and I'm not tall. I could always lend you one to try then you can judge for yourself before you buy.

cheers

Hi Stinky,

I have sun visors on my Sedan & Ute and about to fit one to the wagon... we find them really worthwhile on a sunny day given no A/C.

There are some things to consider....

Anchoring the centre bracket can be a concern if you are not able to get behind the roof lining. Using self tappers into the roof steel can result in the bracket screws being ripped out under extreme conditions. This happened to one of the VIC cars while crossing the Nullabor to the WA Nationals. Nutserts or similar anchor nuts are recommended.

The other thing I have found is that Tollway eTags need to be mounted on the bottom of the windscreen as the Sunvisor effects the ability of the eTag to connect.

They often come up on Ebay and range form around $50 to $150 - just make sure the 2 side brackets are included.

Cheers,

You becoming an old man Stinky? Do you want some mudflaps and a window wind deflector to go with that?  Grin

doubt he'll need the coat hooks - his white bowling club hat sits on the rear parcel shelf....

Not unless you want me to do one for your car  Grin

Thanks Trev, Rooflining is coming out so that's covered and we don't have tolls in SA (yet).

If you haven't grown up by 50, you don't have to.
