Hi forum,

Just took the old gal out for a run after 6 six months in storage, ran like a beauty as usual until when I reached about 60 Kms then backed of accelerator there was what I can only describe as a drum roll (rata Tata tat)Wink noise from underneath ,quite loud and concerning.

Checked under after and can't see anything out of the ordinary.
Has any one had similar and might know where to look.

Cheers

Check that the alluminium extension housing on the back of the gearbox isn't cracked, as this can make a noise like that

Or the baffles in the muffler has rusted out and is rattling inside the casing
