Pete the exhaust looks great like the other guys I am not a fan of the headers going through the inner guards.

I just had a look at the Summit handbrake setup as well it looks really good and as you said simple to fit I think I will use it on my next project.

Big day

Tubbs all welded up
Cut all the old stuff out .
welded edge of rail where I cut flange off.
Using existing outer guard and lip just cut 20mm off the lip joint.
Hopefully install both tommorow.

My helper was late. So I only got 1 side almost finished.
Other side is cut out and prepped for tub.
Took 2 hrs of snipping and trimming to get it to fit spot on.
Rhs fully welded in.
Only have a half done photo its too hot and im to lazy to go back over to the shed.

The inner overlaps rail 20mm and is plug welded hence the grinding marks.

A template

I made 500 measurements and cuts used clecos to hold them in.
What a shitty job especially since the cars loaded with fishoil shit was running everywhere.

So no template Cheesy
