Long story short, i work with an Industrial designer, I was telling him about the difficulties I was having trying to find these particular parts for the EJ Premier -
2 speed Preslite Wiper & Washer - (see Pic 1_ manual instructions) parts are, #37 Pump Suction Cap Rubber & #38 Nylon End Cover. He informed me that it would be fairly straight forward to reproduce these parts. (If u know what you are doing?)
After a bit of Research & Development, we have now received the first sample reproduction parts & they are great! They fit & work 100%. See pics below.
Note: the Pump Suction Cap Rubber is currently yellow. As this was a prototype. The final production colour for the Pump Suction Cap Rubber will be blue.
We are going to produce a bigger run to sell. If you would like a set ? please let me know. The set includes the
Pump Suction Cap Rubber & Nylon End Cover.You can also purchase these parts separately if need be.
At the moment, we are NOT looking for any payment, just an idea of the demand. Once we have gathered up interest, we will then be asking for payment. They take rough about 2 weeks to turn around, give or take a few days.
Please note: As you can see in the pics of the new parts, these are reproduction parts, so please DON'T think they are the genuine NOS. But DON'T get me wrong, they are still brand new parts & work exactly the same. The cup is currently yellow, as this is a test version, the final colour of the cups will be Blue.
So just to recap:
we are offering as a set or separately, Pump Suction Cap Rubber & Nylon End Cover for EJ or EH 2 speed Preslite Wiper/Washer. If you are interested please contact me. Once we gather numbers, say within a week or 2, we will get back to everyone interested & ask them for payment. It will take roughly 2 weeks for parts to be manufactured.
