Does anybody know the resistance range of the fuel tank sender unit (in wagon)?

Just measured resistance of spare fuel tank sender unit.
With tank up the right way(Empty) reading was 38.5 ohms and with tank tipped upside down (Full) the reading was 1.2 ohms.
I measured these with a Fluke multimeter so should be accurate, I have not taken the test lead resistance of .04 ohm off the above readings but should be close enough.
