You wouldn't believe how many of my mates in town can't wait to yell out in the main street.... Taxi!!! Most seem to have the dots but mine doesn't. I've seen that pic with the young bloke how cool. I want to get a ute one day too as a service vehicle

Today I tracked down the 90 odd year old neighbour of the original owner. She gave me the name of the original owners wife who is still alive and in a nursing home. I'll have to try and catch up with her. I'll post some more info on my build page. The car did have dots under window. A lot more info now. The lady said the owner was her neighbour and all her kids used to pile in the taxi and go down to the beach.
