Hey everyone,

I'm on the look out for one of the following that will suit restorer/project:

FX/FJ sedan, wagon or ute
FC sedan, wagon or ute
HR sedan
EH sedan

I have a budget of $2000-3000 at this stage and ideally looking for something in Tasmania to cut down costs with transport a car from the big island.

Ideally Id like a complete car with or without running gear and obviously something I can drag home on the trailer. (NOT ASKING FOR MUCH AM I HAHA)

Personally Id love an FC so I can put all my running gear into it for the 15th Nationals here in Tassie Grin

Any help/leads much appreciated

Cheers Ben

Hi Ben,
What is with the blatant car-ism here?
You forgot the best early Holden (and the first truly 100 per cent Aussie one)...
The Mighty FE!!!!!
Hope it was just an innocent mistake Grin.
Cheers,
R.

No an innocent mistake Rabbitoh Im not a fan of the FE simple as that so I wouldn't go out of my way to look/use one as a project base.

Still chasing a shell to suit project and now also looking for a complete car (turn key and drive) with a budget of 10-12k

Would prefer FC sedan, ute or wagon

Hey Ben,

Did you see FBWagon/MiniFB/Mark's lowered FC wagon for sale on here and on the FB-EK Forum? It looks real cool. If I hadn't purchased my Volvo wagon already I would've snapped this up for sure. Turn key too, and sub $10,000!

Original FC Sedan in the SA Gumtree for $6000 needs "some" work.

I did see and made an inquiring but personally (and no offence intended) I don't think its worth the asking price considering what else I've looked at/purchased over the years.

STILL LOOKING FOR ANOTHER SHELL SUIT PROJECT & COMPLETE RUNNER!
