Doe any body know if the rubber connector between the fuel filler and the tank on an fe ute is reproduced by any body?
Rare spares don't seem to.
Cheers

Do you mean the insulator between the pipe and the body?
There is no rubber pipe connector between the filler and the tank on the ute - if you have one, it is because it was done by someone at some time. This would be why Rares dont list it.

You could probably use one from an LC/LJ Torana.

HMMMMMM looks like the filler pipe on my fuel tank has been cut at some stage.
Here a photo it may shed some light on the issue.

If you want a new one of those hoses then Stinky is spot on - an LC/LJ one will fit and is available via eBay or Rares.

I just fitted one to my XU1 on the weekend.

American Autos in Sydney list some for F&8ds that may also fit. Search "FUEL FILLER NECK JOINER HOSE" on http://www.americanautos.com.au
