Well
I have been fiddling today
Cut an FE blinker out on the waterjet the other day.
Im not a fan of the cheap chines chrome air cleaners so i thought i would do something different for my twin carbs.

Heres the link

https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10200167891864392&set=vb.200227970004820&type=2&theater

My bead rolling is getting a lot better.

Yes that radiused back was as hard as it looked.. what a mission 5 stubbies it took to shape that (im on holidays )

The hardest part is shaping the front to look like its meant to be there lots of bashing tomorow.

Still gotta make a hold down set up for the air cleaner elements

I had a brain storm after a friends EH use to have one of those liquid nitrogen old school air con things .

Im really struggling shaping the front i have thrown 5 test ones out...

A carton of beer and some shed time tommorow and i might have something i like.
I have a new clutch arrive, new water pump, 1  member has sent me a alloy rocker cover i got 4 litres of dark blue 2K to paint motor box and detail the rocker cover and intake.
Ordered some heat proof KBS coatings clear coat so i can bead blast the intake and thinking of doing the rocker cover and clearing it ?
I hate mis matching polished and bead blasted easy to keep clean.

Hey Pete,

Have you ever thought about cutting out a flash kit on the waterjet?

If anyone could do it, it'd be you. Just a thought.
