I recall an FX/FJ with a similar frontal treatment to that, it had headlights behind perspex covers, I think it was in an early issue of Custom Rodder, it looks neat.

I Like the fact that the owner has something different, and that you others like it, me on the other hand, doesn't think too much of it all. If he had put canted quads on it, or Merecedes headlights, similiar to those on Pat Fays FJ, well that would have been a different story Keith

Hi Mark I'd not seen this thread until now....... I guess real congratulations are in order this time as I noticed the proof that some of the other rods there actually had paint! Unless....... it was good photo-shopping to make it look like they had paint! Kathi

Unless....... it was good photo-shopping to make it look like they had paint! Kathi Kathi thanks you are getting slow ::)I have only had it out 3 times and they keep giving me things to take home every time I take it out ...It was great to win top paint they all think it's 2K not Acrylic , this show is judged by the entrants which is a good thing stops any controversy ......FC427......

Good on ya, Mark! Especially seeing as it was entrants judging! (certain people should take particular note of 1COOLT only being let loose 3 times - for 3 trophies! It's with profound relief that I hand you the SCW crown that was most inappropriately bestowed on me by a certain 'black FE with dead vermin on aerial'-driving member of a certain unofficial organisation... however, in this case you richly deserve it; you bloody SCW )
