My sunvisors are swinging forward and back with accelaration and deceration. WHY? can thit be fixed?

There's a screw that can be tightened, if that doesn't work look for another set that are already tight.

No screw  Embarrassed I had a look at one today. Easy fix is to find another tight one, otherwise the whole lot needs pulling apart, fixing and them retrimmed.
