Hi every one what a great site this is loads of info etc .Anyway i  am picking up a complete moter and gearbox and am wondering how much it will cost to fully recodition  the engine.  Kevin

typical figures around 2k nowadays. Because of small volume, parts for these motors are now very expensive.

 Thanks Ken  that sounds a lot but when you talk about low volumes of parts for these engines you can start to understand how the cost could blow out to 2K , But then it will be a one off expense . Thanks again  Kevin
