Hello all i might have the oppurtunity to buy a FC van has ben in shed for about 8 years, what type of brakes do they have drum or disk and what are things to look for mechanically when looking at vehicle. and does any one know what is a good price this is about $4000

Drum brakes. Engine is the only mechanical issue - this would probably have been the reason why it was parked in the first place. Of more concern should be the body. If the body has major rust then $4000 would be too dear, but if the body was rust free - then $4000 would be a bargain.
