You would be able to make your own extractors to hug the block as a small block Chev is narrower than the holden v8 engine,
of course what rack & front end you are using will determine how they need to be routed

you can fab your own set and notch the subframe,or cut holes

If you want to get a little more room to get the exhausts down the sides  get rid of the side engine mounts and make up a front plate to mount the engine, Your primary pipes will only be around 1 1/2" but that should be OK for around 350 HP ......FC427.......
