I got a set from Hyway Truck Supplies (they are National) but they were a loose fit. A bit of weld on the existing hub cap lugs and I never had a problem with them.

exact page for the caps - http://www.hyway-store.com/index.php?target=categories&category_id=883

I got a set of 14" caps from Autobarn; they had to order them in - they may be able to supply 13"also?
Cost around $65 for set of 4 about 3 years ago...
cheers jack

thanks guys   I found some on ebay, the mob selling them say they have 2 sizes  10 1/2" and  9 5/32"  OD  I asked them if they knew if they would fit but all they told me was these outside measurements. Any ideas?  I measured an original hubcap and they are about        9  1/8" on the inside.   Dave
