I know it has been done before but what are the disadvantages of LC\LJ torrie stubs and brakes or should i use hr stubs and torrie calipers and rotors.

LC/J gear throws the offsets etc out, I had that setup for a while with CRS stubs and HR steering gear. I had to run 1" spacers on the steering arms to get it to work and put up with a shocking turning circle and a sub-standard alignment because there was no adjustment left.
I now have an LH/X brake setup and it all works well and I am back to three point turns and even the odd u-turn or two  Grin

Torana stub axles are wrong on a HR front end, There are pro's and con's for both HKTG versus LH LX brakes. There is very little advantage whatsoever fitting LC LJ Torana brakes on a HR front end.
Not sure if LC LJ hubs are the same as HR but I would not be surprised if they are because the brakes are very similar - 256 mm versus 253 overall diameter & 12 mm versus 11.7 thickness. The offsets are 60 and 55 mm respectively.

I just got a set of HR disc stubs and one hub with rotor and one caliper which is why I went off the torana path a bit all of a sudden but I also have LJ stubs and calipers and hubs and wondered if they will fit onto the HR stubs to save me finding one caliper and one hub.
