G'day all...
This is a photo of the then new W.H. Lober Holden showroom (or "Service Station") at Miranda... Below the caption from the back of the pic says either the photo appeared in the Sydney Morning Herald on July 2nd, 1957, or that was the date the photo was taken.
You can see the FE Standard under the cover, and just make out another FE Standard in the window to the left.

It could be fun to superimpose a line up of club cars on that one.......actually, that would make a good calendar cover hey ret!  Grin

G'Day all
One of my first memories as a kid growing up in Sydney was sitting outside this dealership in an Austin A40 while my father was inside wheeling and dealing and then driving home in a second hand (two to three year old FC Special). Must be why I like them.
